The Reign Of The Kingdom

(J) Martha, last night we announced the upcoming conference that is going to be in Atlanta on October 26th through the 28th. It’s called “The Reign Of The Kingdom”, ‘living in a Kingdom that cannot be shaken’. And we just did a conference, “The Reign Of Grace”, back in April, and it’s kind of unusual that we’re doing one in October. But we really felt impressed as a Body; several people in the Body really felt that we were to do a conference before the elections. I’m excited to see what He’s doing. There’s a purpose to it.
(M) We were having a meeting, and as John said, one knew that there was to be a conference. I’ve known since April there was to be another conference. Really I thought it’d be sooner than this, because I felt there was so much more the Lord wanted to say past that conference. And I felt like it would be like a part two. And somewhere in that morning I became impassioned about the Kingdom and I was just pouring out this cry for the Church to access the Kingdom; that was the only place of safety. And Jennifer reminded me that I’d done a tape a long time ago called “Kingdom Safety”. And I want to go back and listen to that. But in any event, in a few minutes I said, “Let’s just listen.” And that’s when the call came to do the conference. And it left me kind of breathless, because the time is short.
(J) It left all of us; we were breathless; because all of us are thinking, oh my goodness, look at how much has to transpire between now and then.
(M) Right, so much we’ve got going on right now besides the conference. And so, this morning… The other day I had said to someone who was just having so much confusion, I said, “Wait a minute. Let me tell you how simple it is. All you have to do is say yes to His will. If you’ll really say yes, then He will do it all. And so that’s, that’s how simple this life is. You just say your yes, providing it’s truly a yes. So this morning I feel like the Lord showed me, brought back my own word to me. And I realized I had acquiesced to the conference and said “If that’s what You want Lord, ok.” But He said, all you have to say… But I was really overwhelmed with what we have to do, and this, surely the need for prayer. But in any event, the Lord just let me know that I needed to say a great big, total ‘yes’, and that He would do everything else. So my own words came back to me effectively this morning. But it is very exciting, because it’s going to tie in… I knew when that word came out it was going be about the Kingdom. And one of the scriptures that I think Julie got was Joel 1:14-15, “Declare a holy fast, call a sacred assembly, summon the elders, and all who live in the land, to the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord. Alas for that day! For the day of the Lord is near, it will come like destruction from the Almighty.” And so it’s… I think in “The Coming One” conference, Helen Whaley got that it was a solemn assembly. It was a call. And this one is a calling. So we will be fasting, and I’m gonna ask those who support our testimony of Christ to enter into crying out to the Lord and fasting, because He has something to say to prepare us. We have to hear it. But they, the people who come have to hear it too, so we’re one in this need,. We’re together in the need to cry out to hear Him. I have such passion for the preparation of the Bride for the coming of the Lord. And then the other scripture… When I knew it was about the Kingdom, I knew it was about the stability and unshakableness of the Kingdom. So I went to Hebrews. I want to read that in full. I’ll be reading it in full at the conference. But it actually begins, “You have come to Jesus, the Mediator of the New Covenant, to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. See to it that you do not refuse Him Who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused Him Who warned them on earth, how much less will we if we turn away from Him Who warns us from heaven. At that time His voice shook the earth (meaning Sinai), but now He has promised, ‘Once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heavens.’” And that prophesy is very strong in scripture of how the heavens will be shaken. And there’s a great deal on discovery in Nova right now about the effects of meteorites that fall on the earth. And there’s scriptures that clearly indicate that’s what will come. “The words once more, indicate the removing of what can be shaken, that is created things, so that what cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.” And the connection between grace and worship of the last conference, to me transfers to grace and worship of this conference. I think you said, this is what I wrote. The first Reign of Grace was ruling and reigning by worship to receive grace. The second, The Reign of the Kingdom, is ruling by grace, so that we can serve in worship.
(J) Hmm.
(M) It’s going to so meet. But so much is going on in the world, and I wrote it out that nations, all nations all over the world are being shaken financially, with violence. And we’re doing some research on the national disasters, how many more earthquakes there are now than last year and the year before and the year before. And they are, there’s an extreme escalation in earthquakes. The earth is heaving to see the manifestation of the sons of God.
(J) Which I love that.
(M) Yeah, you’ve always liked that. There are tornadoes; we had one pass over us and take out Joplin, Missouri, completely, devastating tornadoes. We’ve become a little bit accustomed to disasters; and I understand that the disaster funds of the United States are gravely depleted. Because we’ve had, the government has had to fund so much money into disaster areas. And the recent riots against America, that’s… Jesus said, “Nation rising against nation.” And the many nations of the Middle East are rising against us. We went to see the movie, “Obama 2016”, and I think I left with the most startling impression was a huge map of all the nations that have become radical Islamic, and are turning against Israel. And Israel is completely surrounded by this massive landmass, and you can’t even tell where Israel is because the land mass is so large. And it’s just so prophetically in place that it’s startling. And so, all these things, the lawlessness increasing, the mass shootings that are a fairly common occurrence, this is the global shaking,. But the one thing that can’t be shaken is the Kingdom. So, it’s crucial that we understand the Kingdom, see the Kingdom, that we enter the Kingdom, because there is a criterion to enter the Kingdom and to live there. The number one prayer of Jesus, the number one intercession after He worshipped the Father was, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
(J) Well, I’m real excited about it because of the fact that as a believer, I need to be grounded in the Kingdom. I need to know that there’s an unshakable Kingdom, as a sheep. I can be easily stirred by the media, and by everything that’s going on, all the words, all the, the doom, and all the… Everything is being spoken negatively, and that it’s horrible and everything like that. But, you know, as a believer I need to be rooted and grounded in the unshakeable Kingdom. And I have extreme excitement about what you’re going to bring, and how you’re going to bring it, because I know that my brothers and sisters out there, the ones that I consider brothers and sisters, that are seeking the will of the Father, that we all need to know this kind of stuff. This is stuff that you would want your family to know, and I want my family to know these things, because we’re in crisis as a nation, and as a world, we’re in crisis.
(M) Hmhmm.
(J) And, you know, you can blink it away and pretend like it’s not happening, or you can be hysterical and freaked out. I don’t think either response (Martha: right, right) is correct. And so, but I have people that I’ve met over the years that have come to our conferences and that have ordered with us and that have invited us to stay with them, and come and speak at their churches and their Bodies, and I have to consider that family. And as far as I’m concerned to get the vital message out to family is crucial.
(M) Well, that morning I started just pouring out a passion for the Kingdom, and I looked around at you and you had this grieved face that we didn’t record it. So I’m asking God to release His passion for us to be in the Kingdom, and to know there is a government that isn’t shakable. There is an economy that isn’t shakable. There is a King Who rules over the nations that are shaking. That has to become real, not theoretical, not future, but now and today. The Kingdom has to be sufficient for today and tomorrow. And we have to, you know, understand.
(J) I don’t want to, I don’t want to just have a checklist. I don’t want to just have a methodology checklist. I don’t want to be given a theological thing I can mentally accent to. I need impartation of the wisdom of the Son of God to show me my place in the Kingdom. I need to know that my feet are in that Kingdom and that I am safe. That’s what I need to know. I don’t need to know, ok, you have to go, you know, store fifty rolls of toilet paper, or… I don’t want to know that. I can do that all on my own.
(M) Out of fear.
(J) (They both laugh.) Out of fear, exactly. I need to know… And I don’t, like I said, I don’t want something that I can just mentally assent to, that I can leave the conference and say, “oh yeah, those are nice things to say and think” No, I need to be established, grounded, and rooted.
